CUTTING PROPERTIES
The cutting speed can be adjusted between 2 – 70 m/min. Harder and denser foams will need to be cut at the 50% of the max speed.
Minimum cutting thickness is 2 mm
Clearance above the band knife is 100 mm
The Cutting tolerances +/- 0,2 mm for 2 to 10 mm and +/- 0,3 mm for 10 to 30 mm and +/- 0,5 mm for 30 mm and up on densities below 60 kg/m3. Densities above 60 kg/m3 cutting tolerance is less than 1%.
