The cutting speed can be adjusted between 0 – 80 m/min.
Cutting precision: ± 0,2 mm for thicknesses between 2-10 mm, ±0,3 mm for thicknesses of 10 mm and above
Minimum cutting thickness: 2 mm
Flexible PU foam (Polyester and Polyether), Rebonded, Viscoelastic, Latex etc. materials can be cut.

Silicone Spray System
It minimizes the guide friction by spraying silicon spray on the blade guide surface at certain periods.
Angle Adjustable Cutting Unit
Angle adjustment between -1 and +6 degrees can be made manually or automatically with the cutting unit motor drive system. Angle recipe can be created for products with different densities.
